  • SWEDISH

The most commonly offered and best-known type of massage. It uses a firm but gentle pressure to improve circulation, ease muscle and tension, improve flexibility, and create relaxation.

  • DEEP TISSUE SURRENDER

Slow, deliberate massage techniques using elbows, forearms, and knuckles relieve tightness from the overuse and tension of muscles. Deep tissues are popular among athletes and frequent massage goers, who prefer a firm touch to a gentle one.

  • REFLEXOLOGY

Based on the ancient Oriental meridians, this popular foot massage accesses “reflex” points on your feet that connect to every part of the body. By pressing the points on your feet, tension and stress will melt away from your entire body.

  • SPORTS MASSAGE

A therapeutic technique that focuses on achieving maximum physical results through traditional massage and trigger point pressure. Ideal for enhancing athletic performance or speeding muscle recovery after exertion.

  • PRENATAL FULL BODY

This Swedish-style full-body massage is performed in a comfortable side-lying position. Carefully selected oils pamper the growing demands of the skin, while gentle Swedish techniques improve circulation and relaxation.

  • PRE & POST NATAL

During pregnancy and following the birth of a child the mother's body needs special care. Massage therapy can relieve some of the discomfort that you may experience, such as low back pain and edema, and the relaxing effects of massage therapy are very useful in preparation for labor and delivery. Following the birth, we recommend bodywork to restore the pelvis to its proper alignment and ease the shoulder tension that results from nursing and carrying the child.

  • COUPLES MASSAGE

Share the experience of a massage with a significant other in the same suite. All techniques of massages are available.

  • TRIGGER POINT THERAPY

Specific and thorough palpation of muscles to identify trigger points, tiny contracted knots that cause referred pain, and deactivate them using cycles of direct pressure.

  • LYMPHATIC MASSAGE

Lymphatic drainage massage, also known as manual lymphatic drainage, relieves swelling that happens when medical treatment or illness blocks your lymphatic system. Lymphatic drainage massage involves gently manipulating specific areas of your body to help lymph move to an area with working lymph vessels.

  • ACUPRESSURE

Acupressure is an ancient healing art using the fingers and other parts of the body to skillfully press key points, which stimulate the body’s natural self-curative abilities. When these trigger points are pressed, they release muscular tension, and promote circulation of blood and the body’s life force energy to aid healing is the combination of massage movements and negative pressure with the use of a suction device on the skin.

  • TUI NA

Tui Na or Tuina is a type of Asian bodywork that focuses on balancing the flow of energy in the body. It is one of the oldest forms of massages, dating back to at least 1700 BCE in China. It is an important aspect of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and it is used to treat a variety of conditions as well as systemic problems. Typically, Tui Na complements other TCM treatments, with many patients returning for regular treatments. After a Tui Na session, the patient usually feels energized but relaxed.

  • ASHIATSU BAREFOOT MASSAGE

This Swedish-style full-body massage is performed in a comfortable side-lying position. Carefully selected oils pamper the growing demands of the skin, while gentle SBarefoot massage is where the Therapist specifically uses their feet to slowly glide along the skin, addressing muscles and interconnected layers of fascia throughout the body. Swedish techniques improve circulation and relaxation.

  • MYOFASCIAL RELEASE/CONNECTIVE TISSUE

When an injury occurs, or as a result of postural distortion, the fascia, a thin, elastic membrane that surrounds all the structures of the body, can become twisted, adhered, contracted, and rigid, pulling the structure out of alignment, restricting movement, entrapping nerves, and contributing to pain and dysfunction. These techniques soften and stretch the fascia to restore function and reduce pain.
