Cancellation Policy: Customers can cancel appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any charge. However, cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will incur a 50% charge. For cancellations within 3 hours of the appointment, the full amount will be charged. While efforts will be made to reschedule appointments within 24 hours, availability is not guaranteed.
Gratuities: Tipping massage therapists is customary and appreciated. Gratuities can be provided in cash at our locations.
Insurance: We do not accept insurance payments directly, but upon request, we can provide an invoice for submission to your insurance provider. We accept HSA and FSA payments. Please verify with your insurance provider for coverage details.
Prenatal Massage: For the safety of both the client and our trained masseuses, please inform us if you are pregnant at the time of booking. We recommend prenatal massages after the first trimester.
Packages: We offer discounted pre-paid packages for loyal customers. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if the package remains unused. Once used or after 30 days, packages are non-refundable. Packages are location-specific and intended for use by the purchaser only.
Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are refundable if unused within 30 days of purchase. Once issued, they cannot be refunded but can be transferred to another individual. Gift cards hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash refunds.
Privacy Policy and Data Collection: We collect personal information necessary for appointment bookings, and this information is stored securely. Data may be shared with service providers and, when legally required, with appropriate authorities. Additionally, we collect data for marketing purposes, and customers have the option to opt out. Sensitive health information may also be collected for treatment purposes. Our website is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. Customers can manage their marketing preferences through their user profile or by contacting us directly for assistance with profile deletion.
